(This is a thread for all fans of the weekday soap Doctors, BBC1, 1.45pm)

Now, we're in a bit of a dull spell. We need it bringing back to life. Charge the paddles, call 'clear' and mentally zap this soap back to life.

Hang in there people. It will get better I may be lying Grin

I was traumatised by the music and the daleks at an early age. Having 3 older brothers whispering the theme tune and rapping on my bedroom door did not help.

Just caught up on I player & the thread(thread is more important)
Poor Mr Raah is that any way to spend your anniversary not wanting to dine at his mil's!
Love the discussions of other things on TV, we sure are missing Doctors, roll on Tuesday. Smile

WhoKnowsWhereTheChocolateGoes · 31/03/2013 19:11

I expect Al eats enough Easter eggs for himself and Jimmi.

Never got into Dr Who, either as a child or now. Not into Sci-fi at all TBH.

Well, we have survived a day out at the Moshi Monster event at Longleat Safari park . Actually, it was OK, the Moshi stuff was fairly low-key. It ws very busy though, glad we set off early.

MsNobodyAgain · 31/03/2013 19:29

Thank goodness Longleat is too far from me. I managed to palm DD off with a Moshi Easter egg.

Al is definitely a Creme Egg type of man.

Nowt on tonight. Sigh. Watching Masterchef I have recorded. Kids bathed, happy and full of choc.

Yep, roll on Tuesday. Going bowling tomorrow. I am determined to win.

DS had a Moshi Easter egg, he didn't like the Jelly beans though. DD had a One Direction one. I don't care what I have so long as it is chocolate.

MsNobodyAgain · 31/03/2013 19:48

Apt user name then. [busmile]

cinnamongreyhound · 31/03/2013 21:18

My blimmin dog ate an egg and a half while we were out, caught between worrying about her eating chocolate and dying and pee'd off at her for stealing boys eggs!!

Watching Easter eggs live at the moment on 4+1. We've been at my mums most of the day, ok apart from not being to get away!

WhoKnowsWhereTheChocolateGoes · 31/03/2013 21:46

MsNobodyAgain · 01/04/2013 09:05

We are eggless now. All scoffed.

pmsl- Grin

'The Golden Voyage of Sinbad' is on channel 5 at 3pm!!Grin

Now, if I can just convince the kids....

WhoKnowsWhereTheChocolateGoes · 01/04/2013 11:48

We still have eggs Grin. And possibly more to come as we are seeing both sets of grandparents this week.

Hope your dog is OK Cinnamon. Is he a greyhound BTW?

cinnamongreyhound · 01/04/2013 14:46

Dozy doggy is fine this mornig so guessing she won't have any ill effects after this time. Yes she is a greyhound, hence the greedy nature but she's never taken chocolate before. She's had a whole fruit cake and a box of mince pies and she's partial to a dead frog but never chocolate.

MsNobodyAgain · 01/04/2013 14:59

Glad she seems ok.

Raahh, quick...it's on! Is this the Sinbad film where the princess shrinks and the witchy woman gets a birds foot?

OP posts:
Raahh · 01/04/2013 17:05

I missed itSad

Ds is ill, and has been throwing up all day.In fact- he has just been sick in the bath as i started writing this.

And dh was on 11-8pm today, but has just come home briefly to get stuff, as he's now doing the night shift. Happy Bank Holiday Monday!

MsNobodyAgain · 01/04/2013 17:14

Oh dear Raahh

Hope things improve. X

Sparklingbrook · 01/04/2013 18:17

Raahh that is not a good BH. Sad

I am looking forward to Jonathan Creek tonight. That's always quite WTF. Smile

cinnamongreyhound · 01/04/2013 20:21

That's rubbish Raahh, hope tomorrow is better.

Forgot about Johnathan creek. Watching Easter eggs live again, with ds1 this time he's loving it!!

Raahh · 01/04/2013 20:37

Thanks everyone- I think he is looking a bit better, could be a long night. Taking him to the docs tomorrow anyway, as they want to test him for allergies. Trouble with ds, is he is so very, very skinny - any illness makes him look much worse.

I LOVE Jonathan Creek. And am kicking myself for not recording SinbadBlush

AnneEyhtMeyer · 01/04/2013 20:51

Oh Raahh, I hope he has a good night. I think sickness is the worst - it really takes it out of them (as well as being hideous for us to clear up).

I'm looking forward to Jonathan Creek too - I just knew it would be popular with the people on this thread! It is WTFness with bells on!

Raahh · 01/04/2013 20:55

Anne- he has a high-sleeper bed. On days like today, I realise it was stupidest thing I have ever bought.Grin good thing I'm only little

Oodsigma · 01/04/2013 20:57

Waiting for Jonathan creek!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 01/04/2013 21:01

Shock Oh Raahh. I feel for you. DD wants one and I was thinking of letting her have one until she was sick last week. It was bad enough dealing with it in the middle of the night in a toddler bed! A high sleeper is now definitely out of the question!

Oh! JC has started!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 01/04/2013 21:05

Ok, lost already. Is Joanna Lumley one of the young girls?

WhoKnowsWhereTheChocolateGoes · 01/04/2013 22:42

Missed the first 20 mins and have never seen it before. WTF? I haven't got the faintest idea what it was all about.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 01/04/2013 22:47

Well that was even more WTF than Doctors, wasn't it? Who would have thought that was possible?
