He spent 10 years going onto her to go out, she doesnt everything in her power to make it work, and he winges. pah

Salbertina · 19/02/2013 09:56

And hes got classic "trailing spouse" syndrome, its v isolating! How can they afford so much space when other families featured cdnt? Are they in v cheap area?

Snazzynewyear · 19/02/2013 09:56

Also agree with badguider.

DreamsTurnToGoldDust · 19/02/2013 09:56

Do you know what matey, sort out childcare and get a job it cant be that difficult

SconeInSixtySeconds · 19/02/2013 09:57

Not sure where they are Salbertina, but it is massively hard being the sahp.

DreamsTurnToGoldDust · 19/02/2013 09:57

It seems to me hes not happy cos she made the decision to go not him, hmm I really dont like him.

badguider · 19/02/2013 09:57

I don't understand why they're saying they need childcare around HER shifts. They don't. They need childcare for whatever hours HE's going to work. He is the second income (despite having a penis) so he has to fit his work round the rest of the family.

SconeInSixtySeconds · 19/02/2013 09:58

Child are is massively expensive on a 457 visa Dreams. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was around £70 a day.

DizzyHoneyBee · 19/02/2013 09:58

Maybe the rents aren't so bad? I can see them buying a smaller place if they stay.
I feel for him, we moved a long way several years ago now and it's hard settling in without friends but like others have said, we just get on with it. We ended up moving back again.

DreamsTurnToGoldDust · 19/02/2013 09:59

Could he not get a weekend or eve job?

Salbertina · 19/02/2013 10:00

Shes a nurse so imagine sometimes works then

DreamsTurnToGoldDust · 19/02/2013 10:02

well, in his case its be careful for what you wish for.

DizzyHoneyBee · 19/02/2013 10:05

indeed. I wonder if they are both still there?

Katz · 19/02/2013 12:00

fb suggests (if its them but pics look right) that they're both in Perth, both working but not together.

DreamsTurnToGoldDust · 19/02/2013 12:18

I`m not suprised Katz

DizzyHoneyBee · 19/02/2013 12:46

That's a shame, but I'm not surprised.

maisiejoe123 · 19/02/2013 12:50

Still hoping for the show to do some houses at more than £250k. Just one PLEASE so that we can see what £500k= will get you and perhaps a couple of higher earners ie doctor and perhaps some both parents working scenerios

expatinscotland · 20/02/2013 01:21

Not surprised. He looked like Hard Work.

DizzyHoneyBee · 20/02/2013 09:15
