I think things like this should come with a warning beforehand. I have a friend who left the army due to PTSD after a posting in Afghanistan.

Nope. But then again, what can we expect? Most storylines are sad, depression, abortion, miscarriage, mental illness. It just touched a nerve with me today.

However, it was a watchable episode.

Now I need to go and peel potatoes to go with my braising steak which smells bloody lovely and I have already scoffed buttered bread dipped in the gravy
