I need to discuss this episode in great detail!! Can someone who has seen it please comment on what you think is the best bit? Also did you think it was very sad?

OP posts:

I'm way behind but marking my place because I like spoilers...I can't handle unexpected deaths. Blush

I would die a happy woman if I could ^just once climb Daryl Dixon like a tree.

TwllBach · 16/03/2013 06:26

Yeeeeeees, the nod! Except this time, daryl would nod in a "don't feel bad, you're just doing what you need to do to survive in this crazy ol' world, I don't hold it against you, just try and rescue the baby if you can" sort of way.

Rick woul either tilt his head because he can see that the man will betray the governor and is excited, or he will jut his chin out defiantly and meet death with one last fuck you. Incidentally, Carl does the same chin jut.

limitedperiodonly · 16/03/2013 12:08

Maybe the doctor, is he a doctor? - the one who wanted to see Herschel's stump - will do for the Governor, but sacrifice himself in the process.

SPBInDisguise · 16/03/2013 12:10

I think he's medically trained but scientist rather than clinician
Hasn't Governor got him on board to try to fnd a cure (well he was but not now presumably)
So yuo think Rick will die?

limitedperiodonly · 16/03/2013 12:13

Surely not Rick to die?

I like the fact that The Governor was just a lowly sap in the past world and has risen in the new world order. Very Stephen King The Stand-ish.

SPBInDisguise · 16/03/2013 12:31

Oh no I've started a rumour! It was actually you - I misread your previous post and thought you said "do it for the Governor", which I interpreted as kill Rick. But you actually meant kill Governor. Which I have come to realise on this thread is a word I cannot spell

limitedperiodonly · 16/03/2013 12:36

Best way for rumours to start IMO.

There seemed to be alot of posturing. But not much talking with rick and the governor I think it could of been more dynamic!

notimefors · 16/03/2013 21:15

I quite liked the episode! I wonder if the scientist and Andrea will stage a coup?

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/03/2013 19:46

Nothing quite like foreplay of zombies watching you while you shag on the floor of a shed !!

Nice the possies outside got talking and rofl at not buying a drink

Again I did think a tad boring

Are the writers losing ideas :(

susiedaisy · 18/03/2013 16:16

I think they could include more about sourcing food and dealing infections/hygiene/finding warm clothes etc that all seems to have been forgotten a bit.

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/03/2013 16:54

true, they never seem to run out of petrol or food or bullets (tho last week they did get more)

but judging wifey got preg and now has given birth and bubs is a few weeks old??

then means they have been on the run for roughly a year

clothes never look that dirty, yet no one washes

limitedperiodonly · 18/03/2013 18:04

I'm obsessed with small but important things.

I wouldn't have sex willingly because I wouldn't want to be pregnant/have a helpless baby and be vulnerable.

Where do they get the petrol from? There'd be plenty lying around but you'd have to siphon it out of abandoned cars or get it out of petrol stations - no idea how you'd do that if the electricity has gone down.

I also can't work out why there are dead bodies in cars. If they got killed in crashes or starved to death in traffic jams (why wouldn't you get out and walk in starved desperation?) wouldn't they have turned into zombies/walkers/biters?

And where do you sleep if you're in the open?

SPBInDisguise · 18/03/2013 18:25

I'm guessing they're in a routine now of getting petrol from abandoned cars and they do the hose sucky thing.

CheerfulYank · 18/03/2013 22:17

I think I'd have sex a lot Blush because I'm an emotional shagger.

I wondered the same thing about the bodies in the cars...surely they can't all be shot/bludgeoned in the head?

CheerfulYank · 18/03/2013 22:18

I think Glenn will die. :( I'm desperate for him not to, but I feel like he will.

SPBInDisguise · 18/03/2013 22:22

Don't they all 'turn' at different rates? So in theory some could be too decomposed before they turn? That said, everyone we've seen die in the series has become one immediately pretty much.

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/03/2013 22:48

Maybe zombies can't open car doors

Be nice if we saw them trying to suck a hose to get petrol

superoz · 18/03/2013 22:54

Anyone seen the latest episode? Need to discuss! The last two episodes were slow but this one was FULL of tension.

SPBInDisguise · 18/03/2013 22:55

You perv! :o

susiedaisy · 18/03/2013 23:00

Super, stop teasing us most of us won't see it until Friday Wink

superoz · 18/03/2013 23:28

dh has his ahem, special channel. I won't post any spoilers - just got very excited after seeing it! Will wander off and come back on Friday (zips mouth shut).

CheerfulYank · 19/03/2013 03:11

Tension between whom?! Pm me!!!

Can the walkers swim? I'd assume they can't, but I guess they don't have to breathe. If they can't...get to an island, you fools! :o

CheerfulYank · 19/03/2013 03:14

Blondes I swear I've seen one of them in the act of siphoning gas before...think it was T-Dog?
