Finally caught up on the last few dances that I missed.

Just catching up with this thread. My thoughts:

Thought Vic P was better tbh, but still very 'on edge'. Rumba is hard dance though.

Liked the staging of Colin's AT and the lifts but will agree he didn't dance much.Seemed early for an AT to me.

Enjoyed Lisa and Dani. Thought Ola had lost the plot with that Tango staging for Sid. Richard Arnold better than last week. Michael V seems like a nice guy but not improving fast enough.

DVO and Kimberly both looked good....but then they should. Slightly resent Kimberly for being so gawjus but that is me being a bitch.

Louis was good but not as good as it could have been. He is still trying to be too cool. I have to admit I did enjoy watching it though!!

Thought Nicky Byrnes characterisation at the start of the dance was great. He really got into it- lesson for Louis.

The result is on Digital Spy if, like,me, you can't be bothered to wait Grin

Sparklingbrook · 21/10/2012 09:50

At the risk of sounding like a prude, I was a bit Shock at the lack of Kristinas dress.

Sparklingbrook · 21/10/2012 10:03

That result will do me nicely. And free up an hour tonight. Wink

I'm so glad Louis pulled off the lift! He's my favourite and I adore Flavia but it's a shame they just don't seem to have much of a personal connection. Their version of Dirty Dancing was brilliant but still not as good as Paddy and Keith's Grin
Poor Sid seemed so upset, hope he doesn't go this week Sad

Animation · 21/10/2012 11:12

I agree - great dance by Louise and Flavia, but not much connection. I suppose there's time to work on that.

Aw Sid WAS upset. They were a bit meanie pants to him!

TheAngelsHaveTheOod · 21/10/2012 11:42

Think the risk with Louis & Flavia was that the dance is so well known , dh has never seen dirty dancing and I've just shown him the clip , he preferred L&F as a dance but L is lacking in personality compared to PS.

Checking in for the results show

FrankelSaysRelax · 21/10/2012 19:33

Oh and can I say it was sacrilege to use GoldenEye again for an Argentine Tango. That sing belongs to Mark and Karen. Kristina also ripped off Karen's "fingers across the eyes" thing!

TheAngelsHaveTheOod · 21/10/2012 19:33

Me too!

TheAngelsHaveTheOod · 21/10/2012 19:43

Yay at Jerry in dance off

TheAngelsHaveTheOod · 21/10/2012 19:44

VP not coping with the tension

MaryZed · 21/10/2012 19:45

Anyone want to give me a commentary? I can't watch.

FrankelSaysRelax · 21/10/2012 19:47

Jerry and Michael in the dance off.

Victoria crying, again.

[helpful]

TheAngelsHaveTheOod · 21/10/2012 19:47

Micheal & jerry in dance off.
VP & RA in tears of relief.
Dionne Warwick performing.

hobnobsaremyfavourite · 21/10/2012 19:47

I am starting to find Victoria's histrionics a wee bit tedious.

TheAngelsHaveTheOod · 21/10/2012 19:47

No gin for me , got any oranges [pregnant & craving]

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 21/10/2012 19:48

Tess in another awful dress.

Love Dionne.

cocolepew · 21/10/2012 19:48

Victoria is getting on my nerves, why is everyone treating her like she's a child?

TheAngelsHaveTheOod · 21/10/2012 19:49

VP is so competitive.

Professionals feet move so fast
