Is anyone watching American Idol - Friday eve on ITV2 & repeated many times throughout the weekend. Who do we like to win?

Oh no! just watched the latest episode (am I sad for sky plussing it?!). Thought Kelly Pickler's song was really well done. It should have been Paris - found her performance quite scary. The rest were excellent though - getting tough to decide.

i agree Paris is starting to get boring now, but Kelly really deserved to go imo. she lost her nerve last week and i think she knew she was going to go.
i also used to think Elliott was really ugly - don't know if i'm just getting used to his face or whether the stylists are working wonders on him - but i think he's improving. he certainly looks better with hair.
i'm getting a bit nervous now, as the numbers get fewer. i absolutely cannot decide between Katherine, Chris and Elliott.

I liked Paris at the beginning but Simon summed it up when he said she spoke like Minnie Mouse, and Minnie Mouse is annoying as hell after a while.

I want Taylor to win!

Just couldn't decide on Taylor last night - loved his first one but Something is one of my favourite songs and I just couldn't think of it as his. Definitely think it's down to him or Elliot for me.

they're all so good now - but i think Taylor may be next to go. I really can't decide between Elliott, Chris and Katharine - like them all to much.
I know what you mean about when they sing one of your fav songs. As much as i like Elliott, i really didn't like him singing Home - it's one of my fav's and it just didn't sound right... Thought Taylor did a really good 'something...' tho'

just found this thread....glad dh and I aren't the only american idol fans out there.

my fave is definitely katherine (sp?), she is brilliant, amazing effortless voice but I also like all the boys who are left too!

I don't know the result for this week yet, I hope it wasn't katherine!!

bucky annoyed the hell out of me, cheered when he went.....
