Me, but don't think it's a particularly fair representation. He's only used products that were on offer in supermarkets, a big box of Sugar Puffs for example, is not usually £1 in Asda, as far as I'm aware. If they'd shopped for the same products weekly over a period of a few months in both a supermarket and in poundland, I think their whole argument would probably be blown out of the water as prices rise and fall in supermarkets.

I am a bit baffled. Crispy swizz going on though.

I think the lesson here is to cut down on the junk food, regardless of where you buy it!

I was just thinking that Sastra. Quavers, Wotsits, Kit Kats, Jaffa Cakes. Blimey go and buy some fruit!

But Poundland don't advertise as cheaper than all other supermarkets so don't really see what the problem is. I do hate Dispatches generally though, they always seem so lazy and sensationalist.

How much are the Poundland items?

I don't buy chocolate or crisps anyway, I'd be the size of a whale if I did so most of this is irrelevant to me. I love Poundland :o

Bit of a meaningless programme in my opinion.

Everything costs a pound, you decide if it's good value. What's the problem.
