Last I saw dead sister had just come back from the shop.

Well, as predicted, it appears dead sister was trying to get her hands on the house/money, and appeared to be wanting to recruit little sis into a cult. She claimed her parents used to burn her as a child. Little sister rang Jas because she was freaked out by deadsister's claims. She saw Jas dressed as a waitress and didn't believe she was a doc. Jas resigned from waitress job.( not sure if you saw that bit).

and it ended without really explaining whether dead sis was who she said she was, and whether little sister was about to get conned.

So usual Doctors WTFing then!
