Just read that Katya Virshilas isn't returning to the show, a new dancer Karen Hauer is taking her place.

Who will be in this year's line up?

I so desperately want Louis to do well tonight

Still dislike Denise. I want Victoria to do well and I like Fern, she came across well actually. Colin has potential. Bruce...why is this overpaid dinosaur on tv still.

Looking forward to seeing Kimberley and Pasha.

Can't wait for tonight's show! Colin was a revelation, I didn't know anything about him but he was great - just so enthusiastic and clearly loving it. I'm glad Christina has got a good partner this year, hope they'll do well. I was cringing for poor Victoria, there's so much pressure on her and I think people just automatically think she'll be good because she's an athlete. Fern was great, I think she'll be popular with the viewers. I'm really keeping everything crossed for Louis tonight, my boys do gymnastics and we are all very keen on him (for different reasons ).

Brucie was struggling with his lines at times, but I actually thought his 007 joke with the letters of the alphabet was quite funny

Oh and I forgot to say why, why, why can't we have Karen Hardy as a judge, she'd be brilliant

I thought most of them last night were a mess. Still they've only had a few weeks proper training - I want Lisa to do well since I LOVE Robin, love watching him dance Latin and want them to stay in as long as possible!

I also officially love Craig for telling the smug new dancer off. Good on you boy. The stupid audience irritate me when they boo Len and Craig - they're the only 2 judges who actually know what they're talking about, and since the audience (collectively) know nothing, why don't they stfu?! Its not a popularity contest its a dance competition!

Plus the cameraman has been shit in all the series. Len referenced DvO's double reverse spin last night - well I can safely say I didn't see one. I saw what might have started out at one but she didn't finish it.

I hate the way the audience boo as well, I love Craig. Yah.

Hopefully Darcey will stop doing that... I think she needs to realise that she can just make a statement, it doesn't have to be like a conversation. I thought she was good though.

I felt sorry for VP, I think she wound herself up (she's my 'local' competitor, so I'm going to be nice about her).

Nicky looked really odd dancing, he needs to sort his posture out. It was stupid to put a lift in, and I'm glad marks were taken off for that. I thought Karen Hauer seemed a bit cocksure but she might grow on me.

I thought DVO was good mind you the other waltzes were a bit rubbish.

Have the "will they, won't they" commentators on JJ and DVO forgotten that his wife is also on the show? Tacky, tacky tacky.

Didn't stop Tess (who really should have known better) going on about Matt and Flavia...

I don't understand why people think it's likely though They're both happily married!

Forgot to watch last night so caught up on iplayer .

This years so far arent as obvious who will be top three/first out. That's a good thing when combined with the dance off.

I'm glad there are other who get fed up with Craig being booed for - gasp! - telling the truth. If all the other dancers can stick to the rules for each dance then the new Miss Smarty pants dancer should be able to, too. It was a waltz, not a bloody free-style. So Well Done Craig for marking them down.

I might start throwing things if Darcy doesn't stop the 'yeah? yeah?' every other comment.....

What kind of insane would DVO need to be to cheat on the lovely Lee Mead with JJ? Not to mention the suicidal nature of incurring the wrath of Ola.

The standing ovations for a first dance was pretty OTT. Am hoping this isn't going to be a feature throughout the series. < tho' Victoria deserved one for forgetting half the moves but still soldiered on to the end. That was a bit courageous>

Dh has taught the dc's to shout 'die, Bruce die' as soon as he appears on strictly. A tad harsh but he should definitely be retiring after this series.

As an aside, lee mead is incredibly short irl. He was on our flight to Los Angeles 2 weeks ago and got walked through customs by a hosty. he can only be 5ft7 - looked a bit hobbit like. Was very nice and polite to all of the staff on board (upper class of course)

Tonight's dress is bit too small.
