Anyone watching? Jessica Sawyer is a lovely girl. Very sweet, and hilarious!

Oh yes, that was the one where she was being trolled by her boyfriend. Sexual pictures that he took were put online, but they didn't suspect him. That drove me bonkers too.

coco Thankyou! It was driving me mad!

I think they believe it in their own way.. I've come across grown women that have so much of an online life that they feel that that is more real than their real life interractions.. I wonder if this is what happened to these girls, they trusted online communications more than real encouters?

LackingNameChangeInspiration · 11/08/2012 11:03

so while the real enounters were suspicious, the online dialogue was excusing it and because being online was more their world than not being online they trusted the excuses more than the strange encounters?

does that make sense?

I must have been the only one who watched it & didnt like Jess. She spoke like a stroppy teenager. How the hell do you not know that it was the same person?! Confused

gypsymitch · 03/09/2012 04:23

What I can't seem to understand is why these girls havnt been taught not to talk to strangers, jess seems like she's telling a lie all the while, if she's screamin as loud as she said she was im sure her granny "in the next room" would have heard, she speaks as if shes almost proud of what's happened!? But all in all, what's the world coming to when you've got to start speaking and flirting with strangers online, no matter what age U are! Also what girl at the age of 15 is out till 4am??//? That says an awful lot! This programme really wound me up! Thanks for reason x

I haven't watched this but I am finding it hard to believe a word of it. I don't care how naive they are - you recongnise people's teeth and hands particularly. No amount of dressing in different clothes or deeping your voice or trying to walk like a boy would pull the wool over the eyes of anyone who wasn't literally blind. She was supposed to be a close friend, not someone they'd met two or three times.

fussychica · 23/09/2012 10:07

Just watched this from my hard drive. What a mad programme. I actually burst out laughing when the girl said "I thought it was normal to keep your clothes on during sex, even the hat!"
Total twaddle - never learnt anything about Gemma's background and motives - could have been an interesting film but wasn't.

slartybartfast · 23/09/2012 10:12

oh, i was gobsmacked at this. and very sad the naivity of the two girls. i believed them.

slartybartfast · 23/09/2012 10:13

they sat outside the boys rich estat and kept being fobbed off Sad

fussychica · 23/09/2012 10:37

Thought I'd look online to find out more about her homelife but the net is strangely devoid of information about this case except details of the programme. It's almost like the whole thing was a spoof - that's certainly how it felt as there was sooooo much about the experiences which seemed made up!

slartybartfast · 23/09/2012 11:12

i wasnt impressed by the gran. letting him stay in her room, as long as he didnt get his pecker out I think was the expression Hmm Shock
