For DH and I to watch. We've seen fringe, lost, the walking dead, the killing, 24, prison break and a few others and are looking for something new to buy. Doesn't have to be a new out series, infact, better if it's not as it may be cheaper then Wink

Thanks

The West Wing! Every time....

MayasPapaya · 06/07/2012 19:42

The Wire or West Wing? Firefly, Buffy, Angel or any of the Star Treks, if you like sci-fi. Deep Space 9 definitely suits block viewing.

ChuckleMonster · 06/07/2012 19:43

The wire and Spooks are my favourites.

reastie · 06/07/2012 19:43

West Wing looks interesting y - I've heard alot about it but never seen it.

mayas Dh loves star treks but not my thing at all. Think he's seen deep space 9 too. We've seen firefly and also spooke chuckle but not the wire....will look that one up.

Waking the dead is brilliantl! (and I have a bit of a thing for trevor eve)

Your DH will probably enjoy Battlestar Galactica then (not sure about you but it is v good)

A Town Called Eureka is good quite funny and the first series is really cheap on amazon.

Dollhouse is another Joss Whedon if you liked firefly

My standard list of recommendations:

The Mentalist
Bones
Castle
Sherlock
House

Buffy, Angel, True Blood, The Vampire Diaries and Supernatural if that's your sort of thing.

Bones, Buffy, Angel. We are on Bones series 4 at the moment on a run through.

I have a reservation re the wire. Once you've seen it, everything else is a little bit shit.

We started watching Six Feet Under, but due to kids we never quite got properly started.
2400 is also good, again am not sure about the ending, again kids kinda got in the way Smile
