It's more hard hitting than I expected.

It will be the first time I'll have watched it since becoming a mum. I have tissues...

Yes, watching it while my 2 dds are asleep next to me. Very hard to watch. I've never heard of it before though. Only watching it because someone on here mentioned it earlier.

I have read the book. Not sure I could watch it if I had DCs :-(

I'm.recording it on.chanel 4+1 to watch when I'm.brave enough.

I am crying watching it on Ch4. Never heard of it, will have to get the book now.

I'm watching it, read the book, soaked the pages but then I always have been a soppy sod (the book is actually more hard hitting and gives more of the siblings stories -really good read if you can manage it)

The book has a different ending to the film!

I missed the bit when she died. DD2 (5 months) started fidgeting next to me and she settles again if I hold her hand. When I turned back Kate was dead :(

I wasn't expecting that ending in the film because I read the book.

I cried small tears throughout most of the film. Very sad :'(
