Omg i am almost at the end on sky atlantic.
Have loved it and almost fell off the sofa when Nate died yesterday
only 3 episodes left now boo hoo
Have got series 1&2 of dexter to watch so hope that lives up to the hype

You'll LOVE the finale- its amazing!

I have wanted to read about the finale since i started watching but have managed to hold off everyone says its fab

Loved Six Feet Under. Dexter is also very good - might take you a couple of episodes to get into it.

After I finished Dexter I started on Greys Anatomy. LOVE IT!

Oh my God when I watched the finale I had to go and sit upstairs by myself quietly for a while! I still think about it quite often. Just amazing.

Oh god, i hope its really that good. It has been an amazing series

DH and I were at last week. Although in hindsight they were quite obviously bringing everyone to say goodbye to Nate (except Ruth )

Have wanted to watch dexter for some time but it seems so incongruous with David I decided to finish 6 Feet Under first so I don't get too confused!

Anyone still watching this? Just watched the penultimate episode, it is absolutely incredible telly. Don't know what I'm going to do with myself once it's finished, I look forward to it every week & now it's nearly over

Agreed. A emoticon comes nowhere close. My brother watched it when it was first screened & I've been keeping him up to date with my progress. He says the finale is just outstanding. I really think its the best thing I've ever watched. And I watch a LOT of telly

Ive never heard so much praise for a programme finale so it must be amazing.

Am slowly getting into dexter, its brilliant, i love him, very hard to see him as anything other than David Fisher though.

My vote goes to Ruth - she's just fabulous.

Deffo Ruth for me too i love how she goes from totally calm and reasonable to completely manic and screaming in the blink of an eye.
Shes had some of the best lines

Am a little bit pissed (rare night out) so excuse ramblings. My face character is Clare, she reminds me of me in my idealistic, neurotic & fucked up youth. Tho I love David & Keith too. Thanks to my obsessed brother & various posts on here, I'm expecting end of the world telly on Friday, so it'd better be bloody incredible. For the first time ever, I'm encouraging DH to bugger off to his squash club on Fri night so I can wallow/hyperventilate/whatever is needed in peace at the finale. I literally CANNOT WAIT

I loathe Nate. Selfish and cowardly. Like Nathaniel.

Don't know who my favourite character is. Probably Keith or Ted because they clear up the Fishers' mess.

Not keen on Ruth because she's a lot like Nate. Clare is selfish but she's young and had Ruth as a mother.

Like David a lot.

Don't like Rico and Vanessa because they are selfish, bigoted and thick.

I think thats what made it such a great series. All the characters are flawed but theres also things you love about each one of them too.

Will not be back here til late tomorrow night, as won't get a chance to watch it til then. Have banished DH to squash club for the eve, so I can watch in peace. Will have a & large box of Kleenex ready.

I CANNOT BLOODY WAIT.....

Tho am also already mourning the loss of the best telly I've ever seen. It'll be back to the Dexter box set afterwards, I guess.
