It's just been the one where Buffy loses her virginity and Angel loses his soul again. Caught the bit where Giles is embarrassed when he works out how Angel got that happy!

And before that it was Season 6 finale, with Evil Willow.

We are on a rerun through & just watched once more with feeling three times in Two days

I love Conversations with Dead People

I have been watching Buffy from the beginning with some friends for the past few years - we get together for an evening every few weeks and watch a couple of episodes. I think we are very nearly at Hush :)

As I have a massive crush on favour Spike, I like Season 6. I got DMIL watching, as she is deaf we had the sub-titles on, when Spike and Buffy get it on and bring down the house, the subtitles actually say

you will have noticed that Buffy makes me

Hush is brilliant too. God, I really loved Buffy.

I prefer Spike when he is snarky

But he is actually far from sweetness and light in Season 6

Oh yes. Spike was brilliant in the early episodes.

The way the writers developed his love for Buffy was so clever though, guaranteed to make most of us fall in love with him too.

I love spike when he hates them all. The bit in the season 4 ep where xander and holes are telling him about faith still makes me laugh: words to the effect of: I'm gonna find this girl, tell her where all if you are, and watch while she kills you can one of you idiots please try to remember that I HATE you all?

Season Six was strange though. All the awful acting from the nearly-slayers was SO offputting. And I never really believed the way they all betrayed her.

I watched it all avidly and cried when it finished though.
