Twofalls the BBC didn't renew their contract. They decided they wanted to bring in new blood. My teacher always expressed surprise that they did the show: she said if they'd carried on competing full-time they could have been World Champs.

Very late to the thread this year but it took me much longer to get into the series too.

Just watching ITT and was pleasantly surprised with how Jason's samba is looking. Usually one of the worst for the slebs as the bounce is tough to do well and not look contrived. Am really pleased with the semi final line up, looking forward to tomorrow's show!

Thanks Santa. Shame they missed out on that but I suppose you have to weigh it up against the opportunities prime time tv could bring.

Well, we have snow forecast tonight into tomorrow, so DD and I have been shopping for "snacky stuff" and wine in case we have problems going out tomorrow. And we are already getting excited - how sad are we

This is the first year I've not had one absolute favourite, I like Harry, Chelsee and Holly and I have different reasons for not minding if they win.

I think that Alex and Jason will go, probably because more people are starting to "get" Holly.

Anyway, I love it all, dahlings

I'm getting sooo excited for the semi-final. We are having 'pre going out drinks' at mine tomorrow to watch it. I would like Chelsee and Harry to go through, and Holly, I think. She has grown on me, definitely. I am starting to make vomit noises every time I see Jason. Wish he'd stop wearing that vest, and cover up a bit.... but Pasha/Artem can uncover as much as they like. :)

I laughed the comment last week towards Ola in her Resevoir Dog suit that she was overdressed

I like Alex but I think Holly is the better dancer and I really enjoy her and Artem dancing, so I want Alex to go out this week. Or better still Jason.

Harry's lovely but I still want Chelsee to win. I prefer the Latin dances and she is fantastic to watch dancing Latin, whereas Harry is a bit stiffer around the hips and a more boring Latin dancer.

Aliona has grown on me - so what if she is unconventional I say! I like her style and admire her talent and "balls" (well ykwim)

Petisa it could be both Alex and Jason . Holly could go im not fussed to much but i do lke Artem

I have to say Alex has grown on me. I will laugh a little bit if she goes out first tonight though, just because the poor thing seems destined to be as similar to Christine Bleakley as possible

It does mean, though, that tomorrow I get to watch Friday's ITT, Saturday's show AND the results show all in a oner. [sad cow emoticon]

I think Jason and Holly will go out. Can't wait to see the back of Jason, but I like Holly more since her American Smooth and Paso and will miss her a bit but will miss Artem more because he's gorgeous.

Hopefully I'll have an epic catch-up with DD later if I can perauade DS to switch off Family Guy.
Can't wait to see Chelsee - she's pure entertainment and just looks so right dancing, even though she sometimes wobbles slightly. < technical >
