Beacuse when he knew John/Colin Fishwick and Charlotte he was Head of english at a secondary school and they were all secondary teachers. But Si and Russ are primary.

The headmaster is Brian Packham (Colin would be either Fishwick (deceased) or Grimshaw, Julie's father).

He used to be Head of English at Daisyfield High School, but is now headmaster at Bessie Street School (attended by Russ and Simon, and I think Amy).

Yes but unless I'm wrong, I suspect Tyrone's gf will be the New Baddy, going by her behaviour with Tina. It can't be just a simple storyline of getting off on the wrong foot and everyone will be ok in the end; no doubt the gf will end up murdering Rita or something and framing Tina... and only Tommy will believe her. Or somesuch.

I missed some episodes when Kirsty first appeared, but had the general impression that she was pretty normal and it was Tina who was unreasonable.

It looks like kirsty keyed Rita's car and tried to blame Tina. She's also done the nasty cop routine when she's alone with tina and been sweetness and light in front of Tyrone. She's a wrong 'un I tells ya.

I've just missed two weeks due to a catastrophic Sky+ failure, did Fiz get found guilty? What happened to John? I saw Friday's episode, but missed the entire John reappears storyline.

Fiz was found guilty of the murder of Colin Fishwick (cleared of the other charges), just before John's deathbed confession (he'd been run over). She has to stay inside, whilst the police investigate, and determine if they think John's account is credible (not just a put up job to clear her). It's looking good as it is consistent with known facts, and supported by new proveable information (location of hammer which he used to whack Charlotte). But she'll have to languish in the nick until there is enough new evidence for her to secure an appeal.

He said he'd been on Angelsey (sp?) but whether he'd been sleeping rough is unclear. He did have a car so presumably funds.

What I don't understand about Fiz getting found guilty for Colin's murder is that no one made much of Rita saying she saw John and Charlotte with the carpet that contained his body when Fiz was at the party.
