Has anyone seen this? Toe-curlingly amusing Smile I especially love the secret posh girl!

I agree Tarty. Absolutely hilarious. Oregon is my favourite character too (what a great name!) I love the way she's trying so hard to reinvent herself & Vod keeps taking the piss. Jack Whitehall is excellent too. So many people I know are not watching it; definitely missing a treat!

TartyMcFarty · 13/10/2011 17:21

I just loved 'Jean'll be back from Zumba at 10'

Yep, I loved that bit. Sadly now I'm identifying with the old farts and reminiscing about what the young ones get up to in a house full of misfits that didn't get into halls.
Loving the rich girl who lies about everything too. 3(?) episodes in and I didn't know her name was Oregon!

Smuddy81 · 13/10/2011 21:38

Best comedy on tv at the moment! I love it!!!

starsandstripes · 14/10/2011 09:35

So funny!

HappyHarrirt · 14/10/2011 23:07

It'll be a classic in a few years, surely.

ByTheSea · 15/10/2011 13:29

Am I a bad mum because we watch it with DD1-12, who has a hopeless crush on Jack Whitehall? We love it.

Rocketlollies · 15/10/2011 13:35

I love it too! Grin

TartyMcFarty · 15/10/2011 21:17

Which one is Jack Whitehall? I just love Robert Webb, aka Dan Dan the geology man. Sooooo desperately needy!

BecauseImWorthIt · 15/10/2011 21:19

Jack Whitehall is the posh one!

It's fantastic. And as DS1 has just gone off to university, it's oddly topical.

LaurieFairyCake · 15/10/2011 21:22

We love it too.

And we now have a new saying in our house about anything wanky or pretentious: 'Stowe'.

figgygal · 16/10/2011 21:06

Oh god I must be missing it as DH watched the first 2 and wasn't sure so watched the 3rd 1 earlier tonight and have given up not bothering again It's utter shite and I don't think I've laughed once.

juneybean · 16/10/2011 21:09

Ahh I love it but I have a soft spot for Simon from Inbetweeners (can't think of the actors name!)

juneybean · 16/10/2011 21:10

Oh and "Blunner" for breakfast, lunch and dinner was genius.

WhereYouLeftIt · 16/10/2011 21:11

I'm just not their target audience. Watched the first episode, didn't find it funny.

ElderberrySyrup · 16/10/2011 21:13

It's fantastic.

I loved it when Prof Shales had stopped at the supermarket on the way to his assignation with Oregon and he said he had to get home before the ice cream melted.

Robert Webb is brilliant.

I love the drama classes.

piprabbit · 16/10/2011 21:13

Very, very funny.

Ephiny · 18/10/2011 13:52

I must not be the target audience either, just thought it was cliched and badly acted and not funny Confused. Expected to like it as I loved Peep Show...

GiganticusBottomus · 21/10/2011 20:13

Dh and I love it although last episode was weakest. I love Howard and his new friend.

angelinterceptor · 21/10/2011 20:21

we love it in our house too - very very funny, love Oregon and they way she so tries to fit in and be cool.
The last episode - with the protest march - wasn't as good as the other ones set round campus and in their appalling house

SleepyFergus · 22/10/2011 08:37

Loving it here too. It's very subtle in places, but very spot on and funny. Love Oregon, her character us excellent.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 22/10/2011 22:32

DH and I have been enjoying it too. Gets you reminiscing about old uni days, doesn't it?

Ivette · 01/11/2011 19:55

love it!!! part of me wishes I didn't drop out of uni when pg with my DD..

jennymac · 03/11/2011 08:01

It's a great show - definitely makes you nostalgic for student days which I think is a large part of the charm. Never managed to live in such a large pad though - missed out there!

FloydieDoydie · 08/11/2011 12:54

I love it too - Vod is my favourite, but they are all so well conceived characters Smile

Last weeks episode was excellent, very funny but so sad and genuinely moving.

JP taking to the horse had us in stitches. And Vod; "look at the trees - yay, trees!". Plus Howard and his mate breaking up over the girl. Plus everyone knows a Josie
