I must say I feel as if last night's show was 2 hours of my life I'm never going to get back. Does anyone else feel a bit used by having to watch 'will it be her or her, I've thought about it, you were good but you were also bad, I've made my decision, you didn't make it, it's the end of the road , it's not good news...it's fantastic news ' for two bloody hours? They could have done it in 30 mins. And as for that totally staged Melanie Amaro debacle at the end, pur-leeze. What, the super-experienced record mogul didn't realise she was the best singer in his group? Seriously?

Even the overs have more talent in their little finger (usual loser act on UK version) than the whole mass of the UK Factor.
Nowhere near as fun as our very own British X Factor thread, but fuck, they're talented.

I loved the last overs act, he sent chills down my spine.
I've forgotten his name but he was amazing.
Poor old Dexter, hope he can make some sort of living on the back of this.

Can someone explain the judges credentials to me? Simon, I know. Nicole from a girl band, can she sing? Paula Abdul had that hit in the 80's, Straight Up but, what else has she done. Who's the guy at the end?

Agree, they contestants are 100 times better than ours. Its a shame this version isnt our prime time Saturday viewing!!!

From what I heard on an earlier thread, L.A. is shit hot in the US music industry,
Paula is just Paula, Simon is the star and Nicole is just a replacement for Cheryl.
I'm still going to watch it though. amazing talent on there.

I love Josh! I've seen some of his live videos from before X-Factor and he is definitely BEYOND talented.

Paula is a choreographer as well. LA Reid has a record label that has signed Mariah Carey, Pink, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Kanye West, Avril Lavigne, Toni Braxton, TLC, Usher, Ciara, OutKast, and Dido. And I think he's worked with Bobby Brown, Luther Vandross, Alicia Keys...so HUGE in the R&B and pop world.

Lady I cannot be doing with L.A. Reid because before I knew who he was, I saw (years back) a Super Sweet 16 show that featured his son. And he was the most obnoxious spoiled brat of a 16 year old ever . Daddy's money has done him no good and much harm IMO.

Loving Josh singing wild horse's amazing voice could listen to him speak all day!!

I always fast forward Josh and Drew for some reason when I watch it on catch up my favourites are Astro and Melanie (who has been from the start when I rewound and replayed her audition about 7 times - my fav song ever)
