Is it me or is there something a bit unsettling about Ramona?

The one with the twins. The others described her as being a bit "downtown"...I suspect that's American for "ghetto"

Ramona's nuts...but she makes great watching! I am addicted.

Cindy. I think downtown describes anywhere that isn't Central Park in this case, although I'm not sure.

Cindy was hilarious with the twins' dad "Mind her head, mind her leg, don;t do that,you're making me nervous, please stop it"

I LOVE Luanne's blue wrap she was wearing last night with her white outfit - I NEEEEEEEED to go shopping in Morocco!

Ha Valium I though LuAnn had called Alex a witch.

I think LuAnn is articulate and aggressive. They called Alex back to insist she talk and then Kelly and LuAnn argued with her. They slagged the blondes off and then slammed Alex when she came down for dinner. LuAnn is fond of scolding others for things she is guilty of.

They are lumping Alex in with Ramonna and Sonja. I don't think she is behaving badly. LuAnn clearly doesn't like Alex and so Alex should just stop trying. Alex has terrible timing and cannot express her feelings. I think if Jill had been in the room it may have gone differently for her, (Jill may have left the room because of arguing??).

Alex is a vile wannabe and a massive social climber - remember how cringy she was in the first series? She's horrible and soooooooooooo fake, even faker than the rest of them!

Didn't see the first series.

Wouldn't like any of them IRL and dislike LuAnn the most.

Think most of the ladies are on the Upper East Side, so yes very expensive very established and traditional. Downtown is the lower part of Manhattan, but still not exactly cheap! DH worked and lived in NY for a bit before we were married and lived in Union Square, which is definitely downtown - but then his apartment block was shared by Kelly McGillis! (remember Top Gun?) - sadly I never saw her ....

Of course Alex is the real outsider, living all the way out in Brooklyn - honestly, it's pathetic, it's a walk across the bridge not 60 miles away.

I must have missed an episode, I didn't see Lu Ann and the camel bit, just caught a little of the episode this morning .

Kelly is downtown in Soho but has a c$18m house in the Hamptons.

Alex sticks out like a sore thumb, especially now Bethenny has left. She leads a more realistic life than the other women. You need to be rich top be LuAnn's friend.

I just tried to access the Bravo blogs and my pc shut it down and I got an error report - obviously didn't like all those mean girls!

Yes but Alex has had an education daaaaahling don't forget, that's why Luann allows her into her inner circle

Sonia is turning out to be plain old nasty this series.

LuAnn is an out and out snob and genuinely thinks she's a cut above the rest.

Sonja is ruthless and derogatory when dealing with people she doesn't think are in her league.

Money can't buy you class and it definately can't buy you good breeding....

LuAnn should know that not only money can't buy you class but marrying a count can't get you class either she is so rude and lower class
