For everyone on the Danish Killing threads earlier in the year - good news!

Lund, Troels et al are coming back for a repeat of S1 "soon" according to a trailer on the Beeb earlier this evening. I'm wondering if this will lead into Series 2 which they said would be shown later this year?

I'm loving watching it all over again! ...and comparing with the inferior US version too! Pales in significance I know!

I was gutted to have missed this the first time round and enjoying this as much as I hoped. Each episode is on IPlayer too, so you can catch up on the couple of days it's not on. I am desperate to google whodunit, but have managed to hold myself back, although I have a theory already.

I saw the trailers and couldn't bear to watch it. I'm sure it's okay if you hadn't seen the original, but once you have, anything else is a bad copy.

Apparently they copy the original frame by frame. Seems an awful way to make a film!

God its killing me not to google the bloody end! Not because its slow or dull or anything like that - I just Need To Know. I might have to get DP to take the router to work with him.

Fay imp is right - even if you have one main theory, feel free to tweak it/dump it/change it in response to whatever is revealed in each subsequent ep as that is half the fun and if you want to share your theory here feel free - we promise not to give anything away

and imp you are so right - when we weren't twisting ourselves in knots about the plot we were drooling over troels/meyer/bengt . i sooo loved those threads

jet if you read the original threads at the same pace as you are watching the series then you will be fine - but don't be tempted to read ahead or you will find plot details from the next ep which would spoil the experience. part of the whole joy of The Killing - imho - is precisely because it twisted and turned and unwound over such a long and tortuous period

I loved tonight's ep as much second time round - that shocking reveal at the end was just brilliant!!!
