Jai had the most talent IMO. His semifinal choice of Evanescence was electrifying.

im glad he won. The wee boy was undoubtedly talented, but i dont like the idea of Simon Cowall making money out of parading kids about.

I'm not a bloody Scot....and hadn't thought for a minute that Jai got tactical votes. I hope he's managed well and finds he right market for himself, Josh Groban is very funny as well as talented, I remember him from Ally McBeal.

I was a bit freaked out by Ronan, so was glad he didn't come first.

I wanted to older chap with the funny dancing to win!

I thought the order in which contestents were knocked out was right IMO. I voted for Jai, so happy he won (am NOT Scottish btw )

New Bounce - I thought their semi-final number was amazing and had big hopes for them last night, but they did not deliver; however - I think with practice and tutoring (and a name change) they will do well.

Paul - piano player - amazing
Ronan - agree, amazing voice, will go far

Oh, and for the record... I thought the old chap dancing was great too, and would have been happy for him to win too. Made my choice with Jai though, so that was that.

I thought the final was so boring. No dance troupes for a start. Two keyboardists, two dancers, three singers, where were the magicians, the animals, and, apart from Steven, where were the fun acts?

JennyPiccolo - if you don't think that Cowell will make a lot of money off that Ronan kid then you are seriously underestimating that man's business acumen. He will make money off all of the finalists - starting with the BGT tour. And I would bet good money that he will sign Ronan to his label, regardless. You could virtually see the £ signs 'kerchinging' in his brain, when he saw the boy sing for the first time.

I dont think wheresmytractor was being racist tbh, thats a bit strong. I thought they were all deeply ordinary and noone was outstanding.

it's not that i dont think he will make money from him, i just dont think people should support it so much.

Quick question for you guys.

If the show is BRITAINS Got Tallent then why were the 2 French guys allowed to compete? Genuine question, nothing against the French and all that, but, Michael doesn't even live in the UK (unsure about Razi). I would have thought they wouldn't be able to compete.

Razz lives here, but yes, I did raise my eyebrows at the other bloke being allowed to compete. It's not an international competition.

thought young ronan was very gracious in defeat and showed considerable poise and good manners. Whether you like his singing or not, he seems a very well brought up young man who is a credit to his parents.

I think James is the best, cannot stand Ronan (sorry, he just annoys me) or that Jean Martyn, she was going ok until she started singing, Les was ok and Razy was great too but James got my vote.

Is it wrong I fancy micheal mcintyre a bit he is a million miles away from my type but I have found myself quite partial to him.

Steven Hall lives quite near to me so that is why I watched it, knew he wouldn't win though. Someone else said his act wasn't original but he has been doing it a long time so perhaps he started it.

I wonder what the truth was with Ronan, they denied all the allegations.
