Its a bit extreme this isnt it? I mean, they're ordering fruit, but saying "make sure no banana, pineapple or grapes" - I mean, I know they have more sugar, but seriously??!?! Is that not a bit OTT?

and seriously? replace your potatoes in mash with cauliflower? There is nothing evil about potatoes!! Mash with skimmed milk and no butter is still creamy, but very low fat and low in calories etc.

I think this is why they end up putting it back on - their diet is too restrictive IMO. I dont remember it being like this in the last series?
