The point is you don't actually have to receive any votes at all to stay in when the final decision is left to the judges. The two acts with the lowest votes (so that could be 1 and 0!) get to sing again. It could be that absolutely no one is voting for them - mainly because they are absolutely dire - but if the judges keep them in........
