Next week all of Ireland will vote for the Conways. Bottom two will be Nicholas and Chico. With any luck Nicholas will go out - I cannot STAND him.

I like the sound of the Darkness too (and when they explained to him who the Darkness were ) - he can hit the high notes well, so it should be interesting...

But that is the difference - a stab at fame is very very different to being hired by one of the judges.

Yup, read through them all, and not one of the others has been hired by or is friends with a judge.

Louis is Westlife's manager, and Conway's "friend" he would have had a say in them doing the tour.

I say again - like bein on the jury when you're mates with the defendant!

i think Louis voted Maria out because Sharon had made a dig about still having all four of her acts in, as well as the Irish connection.

I just wish I had voted. I decided not to because I hadn't been impressed by anyone. Very unusual for me who enjoys Brenda and Maria week after week.

Haven't really been follwing this but what is the point of having a public vote if Louis gets the final vote? It was a joke the Conway Sisters are not a patch on Maria. What a fix.

Apparently Louis apologised to Maria before she'd even done her reprise on Saturday - no bias there then.

froggy - I just HATE it when people jump on a sympathy band wagon (eg Michelle!). He doesn't look unhappy or repressed in anyway and what's wrong with being a bin man? He has talent, no question and that's all it should be about - not where you come from or who your pal is!

HOW ON EARTH DID CHICO GET THROUGH ON SATURDAY AND WHAT DORKS ARE VOTING FOR HIM (must be hard of hearing the lot of them!)

Maria going just shows what a joke this show is becoming. She was one of the most talented on there. The conway sisters are dreadful, who on earth is voting for them? Chico still in, good lord. I am sick of hearing about Andy being a bin man, he is really talented lets stick to that. Plus they always go on about journey south having "paid their dues" and "toured the clubs". So what?

At least this year we don't have to endure Louis' repetitive introduction to G4 - 'something totally original (er no, Il Divo???), 4 great voices (er no, only one of them imho can sing), they were buskers on the street (er no, they were music students who did some busking).....drove me mad. The 'totally original' one was the one that really got me, especially when I read that Jonathan had actually auditioned for Il Divo!
