they eat 15000cals a day and exercise 6hrs a day hence the amazing weight loss

to be fair, 1600 calories and all the exercise is for the huge losses they are having. Even Sunshine lost 4+ this week and she's way under 200lb now. If they did some exercise and ate normally (e.g. 2000-2500 calories) they would maintain no problem. But they just go back to the fried chicken and the double cheeseburgers.

I have seen pictures recently of Sam and Stephanie as they just got engaged - and they look fab still. As does Stephanie's mum. Might try googling some of the others and see how they've done. Would be interesting to do a follow up on them all wouldt it?

I loved Sunshines hair straightened. Gorgeous.
Sam made it to his target weight. It was right he went. Stephanie looked good too. I liked the fact we didn't see any relatives who will be in the finale like Daris/Ashley's/Mikey's mums, Or O'Neal. I suppose they now need to keep them under wraps.

I hated how smug Koli and Sunshine were - so glad they got their smiles wiped! And God, Koli needs to get a backbone. He really pisses me off snivelling about ruddy Sam all the bloody time.
