It strikes me though that Daris, Sam, Sunshine even Koli, really aren't fat anymore. Michael and pink lady still really need to be there. I wonder who'll make final four?
I don't know how they manage working out on so few calories. I'm being strict this week as I'm in the land of pizza next week, still probably eating 1600 cals a day though, walking 2 mile school run and doing shred 3. And I am STARVING.

I agree on the need to be there. Pink Ashley and Michael def to stay in on need. Michael is now about the size some started at. We've seen a photo of Daris and know he's been successful so if he is voted out I'm not worried. The grey boys are determined so could go.
