I just finished watching it and blubbed all they way through. Last night I was referring to Oneal's press up off two benches like Sam and Koli did.
I do think Koli is dependant on Sam though. I'm not sure that relationship is too healthy.

oneal did great on block press ups and just goes to prove that you dont need to go mental and exercise like crazy and can still lose weight

Does anyone know why Sam eats the most calories of everyone in the house (he said that last night)?

each person has their own tailored plan - I can only presume with his muscle mass and workouts he needs to take more in than the others to prevent starvation mode?
