Did anyone see this last night?

The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

eat strictly for 2 days
moderately for 3 days
bit of slack on a weekend

easier to stick to the calories, and not feel like you are depriving - and never lets your body egt into starvation mode.

lots of truth in that I reckon.
