Dexter without doubt, season 4 surpassed previous series which I thought was impossible.

And I'm still a die hard Desperate Housewives fan, although I do think it's getting too predictable now it's still my guilty pleasure.

The Inbetweeners is something we have really enjoyed.
QI we always watch and is brilliant though not as brilliant as usual.
Benidorm we have also enjoyed, can't remember if it was on this year though
Ashes to Ashes but not as good as was hyped

Um....there's not a lot to choose from tbh. We tend to watch repeats from better years on cable channels.

Oh, the last ever Touch of Frost was this year, it was good and sad to see it end.

Another vote for Downton Abbey. I also loved the new Upstairs Downstairs.
