So who do you want to leave this weekend?

It's really tough!

I definitely want Scott to go, I think he's gone off the boil and I find him rather arrogant.

I'm a bit torn on the 2nd person, either Gavin or Pamela.

Would like Kara or Matt to win!

Yes Gavin to go for me and I think it will be either Pamela or Scott.

I am still a bit meh about Matt and wouldn't be bothered if he went. Its a shame because I think he is a fabulous dancer but could be even better as others have said with either Natalie, Katya or even Ola as a partner. He should be getting 10s consistently, Aliona is letting him down IMO. I don't think he will win even if he gets to the final as I don't think Aliona will be able to pull the showdance out of the bag in comparison to Artem.

I'm so torn about Gav because he's not a very good dancer, but I really enjoy seeing him dance. I vetoed voting for him after the Welsh rugby team's recent dubious performances, because it's time he stopped fannying about and started practicing more seriously, but I cracked and voted for their Foxtrot (as part of my concerted anti-Ann vote, but also because Alesha was so right about how hot they looked ) and now there's only a week to go so it can't do much harm (unless he tears a muscle practicing an Ill-advised showdance lift of course).
That aside, I want Matt and Kara in the final, not fussed about who's third.

yes iswym dilys, i loved kara right from the start but she is almost too good to have learnt all that on the show.i can't see her improving each week either she is pretty perfect.
i love it when someone who is obviously clueless suddenly gets into it and does well - chris last year was perfect example.
matt doing a backwards somersault last week yh fab but he didn't learn that on strictly did he?pamela is tap dancing in one of her dances this week - a skill she had before scd.

Pinkteddy am completely with you re Matt. 5 weeks ago he did the Charleston and got exactly the same score as he got on Saturday (3 x 9, 1 x 8) - at that point he must have been presuming he'd be on 10s by now. I do think Aliona has let him down re choreography (the Austin Powers - aggh!) and I would dread to see what showdance she has in store for him.

Also, I remember thinking similar things about Rachel Stevens as I think about Kara. Both must have had some kind of dance training in the past (stage school??) and were fabulous to watch. But Rachel didn't win - Tom Chambers won and obviously he was the housewives' favourite, but he had come to the show with no dance ability whatsoever.

I guess similar with Chris last year but he gave me the creeps frankly. There are some people you can never imagine having sex, and he's one of them.

Agree about Matt - he should be brilliant but obviously does not have the time to train enough. And it was plan ridiculous making him act like a cat for the Austin Powers routine, when he could have been doing far more jive steps.

Someone on ITT last night pointed out that the problem the really good female celeb dancers face is that more women than men watch the programme and/or vote and so no matter how great the females are, the male celebs always have the advantage there.

Kara to win - she seems so lovely and I think she has improved. I'm particularly impressed at the number of hours they put in, in awe at how hard she is worked by her perfectionist partner and also (rant alert) ... every week she gets critisized for small things that the judges seem to let other couples get away with and I think that she's been routinely underscored from the start and ... (am finally getting to the point here) ... have you EVER heard her moan or make a negative comment about that ... no you haven't. She just goes away and tries harder each week.

Yes the actual jiving in the Austin Powers was phenomenal, imagine if he'd done that all the way through - surely 10s?

Didn't realise Tom Chambers had danced before, only watched that series from half way through, so probably missed a lot of the gossip.

I guess it must be an issue, how much training they have time to do. Isn't Kara working at the moment then? But, I never think that Matt gets low-ish scores because he isn't managing the step properly due to lack of training - it's more (for me) that he needs better routines. The samba though, was amazing, a real high point.

Maybe, you're very generous to Aliona, perhaps I'm being a bit harsh. I've got my head around the fact that Mattie's not going to win now, am calm about it. A few weeks ago when I thought there was a real possibility of him winning, I couldn't bear the thought that he might not IYSWIM, thought he might do a Jimi and cry and then make me cry!

Kara and Artem on ITT tonight. Hope Claud doesn't mention their 'special' relationship! I really hope it works out for them. Am that it's Artem saying 'no, wait'. Either a total gent, competitive freak, or not interested.

Ah yes, will be so sad when it's all over but then Dancing on Ice starts in January!!
