Paloma does not heart Alex. She'll take in Alex and the moaner or the one who never speaks.

Paloma would have to be stupid to take Alex in after he pulled off that ad, and also he said the shop didn't have clothes on display, which was right, I thought. I didn't see Sandeesh do anything but moan as usual, but Paloma seems to like her.

The ad will save him. Surralun will say better to make mistakes than make nothing and boot out Sandeesh or Moaner.

My theory on boardroom before you know who won is that he goes to the winning team first and grills them to make sure they know what they did wrong, then goes to the losing team for a quicker summary, knowing he can rip them apart in the boardroom.
