What was the deal with bloke and the John Lennon thing? I missed his explanation as ds was having a mad half hour.

It was repeated tonight on ITV2 at 8.00.

The guy reckoned that John Lennon was actually singing his song!!!

Sharon said he was "barking mad". He was a sandwich short but I felt really sorry for the guy!!!!

Shame I missed that bit!! Was Lennon actually singing it on tape or did the bloke think he was channelling Him or something?

He seemed to think he was channelling him, needless to say he was laughed out of the studio!!!!!

There was also a guy called Justin who was knocked back because he basically could not sing!!! Louis made a comment he should come back in a dress and so he did and presented himself as "Justine" and sung appallingly and they put him through!!! Simon couldn't believe it and I had to agree with him!!! He was a very good transvestite though!!!

I love the first few episodes when the people actually believe they can sing!!!! Once it gets onto the good singers and all the bad ones have been got rid of I get quite bored with it, until the last few weeks then I watch it again!!! Bit like Big Brother really!!!!

Oh it was great wasn't it? That 16 year old was so sweet, I want him to win at the moment!

What about that Sarah girl, she was only 19 and acted like a manic depressive!!!! I felt for the girl but come on......don't build your life around a television show!!!

Oh blimey, didn't she need help? And her insane family - dignity and common-sense are obviously not popular words in their vocabulary! I did think her voice was OK though.

OK now I understand the Lennon thing. I just don't understand how these kids(and I am referring the the young 'uns!) can say that its their dream but not understand that it can take a lot of work and that not everyone is going to be nice. I think a lot of the tears are fake. God I sound soooo mean!!
