What gets your teens in the garden?

We are very fortunate that we have a big garden. We've made a lot of changes to it and have kind of made it into three sections, one of which is aimed at getting the kids outside. In this section we have a raised seating area and getting a new fire pit for roasting marshmallows etc and we have a full size table tennis table.....but it's still looking a bit bare. So what gets your teens outside? Or anything I should avoid buying? It is quite shaded during the day and gets the sun in the evening.

@partystress

Slide, plastic sheeting, fairy liquid and hose. Hours of slip and slide fun.
With teenagers? Grin

That’ll be fun

Ours are currently smoking weed in ours, I’m not impressed

Ditto fire pit here which they like and/or BBQs, also lawn tennis, croquet, or more often basketball and looking after the chickens, or playing ball with the dog. They've asked for the paddling pool up this weekend when they didn't mention it all summer last year! Not sure it's going to be warm enough but we'll let them try it!

@Holly60

Outside bar? Anything to do with food also id say
yup... food. Home-made BBQ?

tbh, with us it's axes & logs -- DS loves a bit of log splitting. And sawing. You need a wood burner for this to make sense, I suppose.

Oh, and pets. Big DC will run around outside chasing/playing with the cats.
