Sorry if this is in the wrong category but it’s not about weight loss.
I’ve been alcohol free getting on for 10 years. All that time I’ve been trying to kick the junk food habit. One time I went 6 months free—thought “I’ve got this now,” then one mouthful and back to square one. The best I can manage at the moment is a couple of days.
I know it isn’t in the same league as alcohol, but it’s is still harming my physical and mental health. Is there anyone who knows what I’m on about? Or should I just forget about it and be grateful I am no longer drinking?(I am so grateful).

Hope people are doing well. After the initial high of getting free from junk, it is normal to feel more tested and start to doubt things.. maybe I'll have a little, just for tonight, it's not fair that I can't..

Anyway hope people are doing OK and that we can keep this thread alive. I'm living a happier life sugar free but it can be haaarrrd at times! It is definitely worth it tho!

I’m afraid I’m not doing well. Still no Diet Coke and still exercising, but not in control regarding food.

My sleep is bad, and I have some stuff on my mind at the moment. I need to try again.

Diet Coke is a thing of the past, it sounds like 👏
Going off course can be part of the course unfortunately and it's a pain but the quicker you get back on, the better. Just aim for one day and you'll quickly feel the relief again. Keep posting, the support side is important.
