I've been doing all the exfoliation thing and normal moisturiser but think I need something more heavy duty!

I had bad keratosis Pilaris but since getting pregnant and having the baby it has totally disappeared. Spose that would be a rather dramatic option to get rid of it!

If it is KP (keratosis pilaris) it is very difficult to get rid of, you can sort of maintain it but you are unlikely to get rid of it totally - mine went when pg and currently not too bad but when it came back was terrible. But then I am a picker so it doesn't really help matters!

Actually I've found something that made mine go away in about a week. Asda's own brand face scrub, its a gritty type one and it supposedly redudes sebum, I ran out of shower gel one day and used that instead, I've been using it ever since and its fab, not perfect but almost. HTH

My Dp uses Eucerin cream for his face and has just ran out.

I nipped into Aldi yesterday to pick up some bits and they have their own brand dry skin moisturiser with 5% urea in for £1.99.

I picked up 2 pots 1 for him and 1 for me for the tops of my arms.

I have stopped eating bread and suagr...my previously red, blotchy spotty, lumpen upper arms are now smooth and blemish free
