are they TOO forgiving? are they the jeggings of the summer season - do you get them as you know they will give and therefore put up with an increasing wasitband?

Mil going on and on about linen trousers and I thought - its only beaucse they GIVE

I have never bought or seen an nyone wearing a pair of flattering linen trousers.

Within a half hour of putting them on they look shapeless rumpled and decidely bedraggled.

Not a good lok, however big your arse is.

I ahve a grey pair and a navy pair and look crap in both, i feel so matronly in them

Have just been on M & S website looking for elasticated ones ......they were all sold out. I obviously need a style overhaul

mangoandlime · 11/04/2010 21:19

I think buying new each summer helps, I know the sort of linen trousers you mean though, baggy, saggy, out if shape at the knees... They do lose their shape easily.

I think there must be a few things worse than wearing linen trousers (as long as they're not cropped) so I'm sticking with mine! Hey ho.

step away from the elasticated wiatband nannyj!

nannyj · 11/04/2010 22:59
