I FINISHED an eye pencil today - a first

i have never finished an eye pencil ( apart from my lancome blonde eyebrow one)
its the best colour ever
its lizzy arden in graphite
does everyone else finsih pencils?

I have never used an eye pencil. I find they drag the eye. Much prefer to wet line with mineral eyeshadow and smudge with cotton bud if I want a softer line, or leave fine if I want defined line.
But I have never finished a lip pencil, does that count?

I havenever finished a lip pencil or a lipstick. I have finished a foundation though.

I have loads of lipsticks but only one I really use/like, tis a Stila one which has been discontinued now . I can't find an exact match anywhere.
Am down to last bits, using brush to gouge out smears from tube but I fear I will soon have finished my first lipstick

How long did it take you?

I have a great little one - a grey from Clarins, it also has a sponge smudger thingimybob at the other end. It's pretty fool proof.

less than a year!

Lipsticks are the only thing I seem to finish - everything else lasts for ages with me.

I don't use a pencil much now though. I like an angled liner brush and use with a dark purple or black eyeshadow and apply as a liner where you'd usually use a pencil. Gives a lovely smudgy soft look.

Looks a bit irridescent for me Su- the lipstick in question is Stila Olivia- a bit like MAC's Shy Girl but a bit less pink and a bit more peach.

also tried a clinque one in plum somehting recently was kind of just lip colour
i cant do peach though so am No Use

hmm, might still be a bit pink. Clinique a no goer anyhoo, have taken said sad stump of a lipstick to the counter and not found a satisfactory match Nearest is one called Sweet Honey but its still not right.

I too am using one I will finish - it's a Prescriptives 'graphite' one - grey with silvery bits in - tis very flattering, wear it most days.

I have NEVER finished one. You must wear a lot of eye pencil to get through it (I'm jealous because I can't be arsed with make-up anymore!). How long have you had it for?
