What to Wear in this Weather?

just returned from a very lovely hot holiday where I've been wearing very little but now have no idea what to wear out there ... the jeans and long sleeve t I'm currently in seem so wrong and I'm sure - despite a flash of sun - it's too cold yet for a skirt?

what does everyone else wear for inbetween weather like this?

Yes Clary they're the Converse ones I was meaning, mine are white but a bit off-white now, I see more exciting colours so might upgrade to a fresh pair this spring.

See the Converse are nice, not saying they aren't.

But I don't feel I can justify spending cash on shoes I cannot wear to work.

All my shoes except runners as I say could be worn to work; have even worn walking boots! also sandals, posh flip flops etc.

I need something for summer that will do double duty - to be worn on day out at seaside (today) and to office, if when I get another job.

Sadly despite the running and more to the point aerobics classes I don't have toned pins, just huge muscular calves!

For footwear, I recommend plimsolls, obv.

clary In spring/summer I live in plimsolls from Decathlon which are about £2.They come in white, grey, lilac and black (black ones have white soles). link [http://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/rhythm-fabric-300-4988792/# here]

They look a bit naff on the website but they look nice in RL. I usually wear them with skinny jeans, slightly turned up to show a bit of ankle (this is the law in East London, I think) or miniskirts/dresses. Think they would work with longer length skirts too.
