eyebrows

What's best? I pluck but it seems to grow back so fast I can't keep on top of it, I am also not happy with the shape, my eyebrows don't seem to 'match' whatever I do. I've never had them done professionally but wonder if anyone would recommend it.
Also, do you pluck the ones above? I remember reading in some mag not to, but mine are so...messy. They seem to hurt more though.
What's your eyebrow routine?

See I pluck my own, and if I say so myself I have v.nice eyebrows . They are definitely not overplucked and I regularly get complimented on them.

Tweezerman and a magnifying mirror both essential though

Threating -£4 Hounslow - bit painful still (and have had it done several times ;))

I like threading most of all. The shape is amazing and nothing that I could achieve by myself.
