No - 2 days tops. Sorry.

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 12/01/2010 16:23

Yes, in fact I used to wear the same pair of trousers to work all week then wash at weekend and repeat. it's work, who cares and why bother spending the money on nice clothes..

NomDePlume · 12/01/2010 16:23

Yes but I would wash them between wears. Why ? Have you noticed a colleague do the same ?

monkeysmama · 12/01/2010 16:23

No! Man or woman? Not sure how much difference it makes but the crotch area must be a bit, um, fragrant after 5 days in them! I feel grubby if I wear trousers 2 days in a row.

sunburntats · 12/01/2010 16:24

yes, i do this now...BUT in my defence i only drive to and from work in them then change into clean uniform every day.

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 12/01/2010 16:24

"Not sure how much difference it makes but the crotch area must be a bit, um, fragrant after 5 days in them!"

What on earth comes out of your fanny? Don't you wear knickers?

LaurieFairyCake · 12/01/2010 16:25

Yes if wearing panty liners or had a period as my fanjo wouldn't have 'contact'.

coldtits · 12/01/2010 16:25

No! 2 days max. And goodness me, I cannot imagine the whiff from a five day old trouser-crotch

Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:26

No its me (steels self to being called SKANK)

I am wearing a very comfortable pair of black Top Shop jeans, great with my job which mainly consists of sitting on floor and make my legs and arse loook good (always a consideration when you work in an infants school )

I do take them off when I come home....

Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:27

And coldtits my crotch is veh fragrant

monkeysmama · 12/01/2010 16:27

Of course I do. 5 days of any body part (armpits for example) next to material would make it smell. Especially men who rarely wipe after urinating. Rank.

Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:28

But monkeys that would be knickers. I'm talking trousers.

OP posts:
LaurieFairyCake · 12/01/2010 16:29

So you're probably wearing them 50 hours before washing.

Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:30

Actually, 45

traceybath · 12/01/2010 16:30

Ooooh no - I'm with monkeysmama 2 days tops.

LaurieFairyCake · 12/01/2010 16:31

I did hear that it's quite hard to detect your own BO so have a really good sniff of them on a Friday and if its all smelly then really other people can smell it as that strength twice as quick.

So two days earlier on a Wednesday your muff is preaching to the room

monkeysmama · 12/01/2010 16:31

Aside from smell issues, are they not all crumpled and kneed? If you like them that much maybe consider getting another pair or at least washing them at night and popping on a radiator to dry?

LibrasBiscuitsOfFortune · 12/01/2010 16:31

WHY DON'T ANY OF YOU WEAR KNICKERS?

heading4home · 12/01/2010 16:31

I would but then we don't have our own washing machine.

Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:32

monkeys, there are no smell issues! And as they are good jeans they are not crumpled. I kind of think of them as a uniform anyway. I don;t put my kids in clean trousers every school day either

OP posts:
monkeysmama · 12/01/2010 16:33

Muff preaching to the room.

Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:33

Laurie I will sniff the crotch seam tonight and feed back atcha!

monkeysmama · 12/01/2010 16:34

Cyb do you shower every day? Doesn't it feel horrible putting 5 day old jeans you've been playing on the floor in on when you're all clean?

Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:36

no , because they are not/do not feel dirty. I have to stress at this point I havenrt actually worn them for 5 days yet...only 2.

But I AM considering it

OP posts:
Cyb · 12/01/2010 16:36

That sounded like 'no i don;t shower' but of course I do
