Have £35 to spend in M&S, what shall I treat myself to?

The dh bank manager has given me a £35 voucher for M&S. What shall I get?

Nothing old ladyish, 5 foot 5 hourglass, big boobs and bum. Still in a 14 after having baby but will be back in a 10/12 soon hopefully.

I'm trying to build a capsule wardrobe around black skinny jeans and over knee boots. Also have black sweater dress which I'm wearing with midnight blue tights. Trying to incorporate blues into everything.

Thanks

Someone linked to a really nice knitted dress from M & S which comes in grey and red, that would complement your black skinny jeans?

suwoo · 20/11/2009 16:19

Yeah, I saw that recommendation. Not that sure I like it but grey would be a good colour.
Hmmmm.....

Nice undies. Every time.

notamumyetbutoneday · 20/11/2009 16:55

ooh yes and I think their underwear is 3 for 2 at the moment? Or nice jimjams.

suwoo · 20/11/2009 16:59

I've just bought some new knickers, get bras from bravissimo as don't rate m&s in my size (currently 32F). I don't want to 'waste' it on pyjamas as I'm quite happy with cheaper ones.
Want clothes really.

I would get a cashmere jumper or tank top.

suwoo · 20/11/2009 17:49

Neither of those are really for me. I tend to dress in Topshop stuff and this week was the first time I have ever bought anything from M&S, it was the 'perfect layer tee'.

I like this but not keen on chocolate.

I also like this but would wear it for everyday, toddler group etc with my (flat) over knee boots and boyfriend cardi. Mmmm, I'm talking myself into this one.

this is right up my street but 100% silk might not be practical for toddler group with a sicky baby

A cashmere jumper. M&S cashmere is machine washable and quite brilliant value. Plus feels like a luxury.

suwoo · 20/11/2009 20:08

I have never owned a jumper. What does one wear them with? I only wear leggings/tights with dresses and skinny jeans with skinny tops.

Leather gloves in nice colours (£18), money left over for a nice pendant/earrings/bracelet.

suwoo · 20/11/2009 20:13

Have just bought some electric blue gloves.

God, I'm hard work with this tonight, sorry

cashmere beret - great for bad hair days, don't you hate your hair at the mo? me too!! no time to get it sorted so this is the answer!
