I like them both. I actually prefer the black one (sorry) but both lovely. A very early happy birthday too!

Sorry but I prefer the first one. Think it has more longevity [sp?] and defintely looks of higher quality than the second one.

The only thing with the second one is that it is covered in tabs and these will rub against your clothes and make them go bobbly maybe.

I got a lovely pink TSE cashmere cardigan on ebay the other day for $17! I don't know how I lived before ebay.

I haven't had a close look at the tk maxx bags, I was too stunned by the marni!

I bought my mum a Vannessa Bruno Lune last year on ebay.fr, paid less than 300Euro for it, it is gorgeous, slouchy, but a beautiful shape. It's quite an 'it' bag in France, I'd love one in chocolate. There are usually quite a few on there, and most sellers will post outside France if you ask nicely

Fantastic! I am about to list a whistles pink cashmere cardi this weekend. Have been selling up a storm, have made a couple of hundred quid so far and not done yet.

Yes, bambino doing very well- getting scarily (and sadly) big. Great sleeper.. Has only woken at 11 and 4 since birth. Quick feed, straight back down - magic! A bit different from dc2.....!!!

Like them both, but for the prices, number two is def more classic and you'll be able to use it for ages. Love no. 1, but it is very expensive for something fun.

I'm glad that my TK Maxx link was of interest. I was a bit worried. after I posted, that I was being too prosaic and might have sucked the pleasure out of your thread.

I have ordered a couple of bags from them and they were genuine - I think they get end of lines and out of season stuff.

Always worth a look though as they do have some good deals - they had some Prada bags in a while ago.

not at all prosaic, I'd always prefer a bargainous option if one is available!

So with that in mind, have actually ordered a TK Maxx one as well .. don't know the label ... L Credi .. haven't heard of it before .. but I thought that I may as well as a less ££ to compare to the pricey ones - if it's just as/ nearly as nice, why not keep it instead?

I do have a thing about stars though .. long, personal story.. so I suspect I may find it hard to part with the Rika bag once it arrives

I saw a big black shiny bag in French Connection today but can't find it on net, but i liked it.

I never mentioned that I quite liked the look of the star bag...

However for knitted dress bobbling potential; I raise you I.O.. I heart the ruffles but would fear for my knitwear.

winetimeisfinetime yes they do, i have worked for lots of clothing and accessory manufacturers as production manager and i think nearly every compnay i have worked for has worked with t k maxx. they would not sell a fake bag and they know exactly where all their stock comes from. and their buyers are lovely compared to most!!
i like the second one by the way!
