I need your help, oh stylish ones. Which dress to wear to a wedding (pics on my profile page)

The couple got married last month abroad, they are having an evening do in a posh hotel on Saturday night. Bride is wearing her wedding dress.

What should I wear?

I have put 5 photos on my profile page.

Tell me tell me.

I love the first one, dress it up with jewellery/glam makeup.

The first one definitely!

It's subtly glam and a wee bit sexy.

No.2 is too clingy and does make you look a wee bit pear shaped (even though there's nothing to you girl!)

No.3 is also a wee bit clingy and the colour is a bit meh.

No.4 Your wedding dress is gorgeous (really gorgeous!) but like you I think it may be a bit too formal for an evening do!

The jacket will go best with the first dress too.

So to sum up definitely the first one!

Ooh thank you. Perhaps I wasn't too off the mark when I bought the first one then. If it was a day do I wouldn't wear it, I don't think I've ever been to just an evening do before though. A concensus opinion

I think that the first one suits you better than the others (apart from your wedding dress which is totally lovely but doesn't seem right for the occasion).

You could get away with any of them IMO. The black one is the most flattering (though that may be the angle of the photo), but not so dressy, as you say. My favourite is the grey chiffon one.

But ultimately, wear the one that makes you feel good.

No one has seen the wedding dress before, we just had a quiet do with parents and kids.

I think perhaps the black jacket makes my wedding dress slightly less formal (which is a good thing).

I think either no.1 or no.4

Think no.4 is more summery but still lovely.

No.1 with red/burnt orange or pink accent colours - make-up, a scarf or jewellry.

So, as it's autumn/winter I would go for the first one.

The wedding dress is pretty but you couldn't possibly wear it with a black jacket and it's all wrong weather-wise.

The beige one doesn't seem to fit right and the colour isn't great and the grey one, whilst pretty looks as if it washes you out a bit.

So number one plus the jacket.

100% definitely number one with a bullet. by far and away the best option for your do!

Number one plus the jacket - glam it up a bit with makeup and jewellery - sexy dangly earrings. I also love your wedding dress but it's too pretty for an evening do and also the black jacket wouldn't go with it. I thought you looked lovely in the first one.
