I have been through several pairs of black low tops. I love them, however, have to avoid them November to April as my feet get veerrrryyyyy cold.

Laces crossed as that was how they came. Had a panic that I was weird wearing them like that (I'm such a follower not a leader!) so checked converse website and they are all crossed on there so I must be OK!

These are a recent buy and my first pair - I love them and keep getting lots of friends asking were I got them from so they must be making a return?

For cheap ones - saw that TK Maxx had some cream ones in last week for £19.

Last week I got a BRAND NEW pair of converse in a charity shop for £1.50.

Dh insists I'll look ridiculous in them as I'm 37. I lived in them til I was in my early 30's then sort or gave up when my beloved purple ones gave up the ghost.

Going to show him this thread then get me some more.

I like the hi tops with jeans and low tops with shorts and skirts.

Yes I am a very lucky lady to find such a bargain but you won't envy the fact that my aged legs look at bit "cankley" in them.

BTW DS looks heartstoppingly cute in turquoise hi tops and also grey lo top slips.

Dh wears cream lo tops and he has another dark pair but I can't remember what colour they are (unobservant).

SO WHO HAS GOOGLED AND FOUND CHEAPEST ONES AS I WANT LOW ONES AND CHEEP AS CHIPS? Please and sorry to shout but im googled out....and miffed no international on design own
