I think they would be very stylish for hanging out the washing of a morning!

They are a lovely colour, I just can't imagine wearing them out anywhere.

Lulumama · 13/07/2009 14:29

oh i really like them ! colour is great...

waer them you big wuss!

AitchTwoOh · 13/07/2009 14:30

i like the clogs, very good as slippers for in and out of the house, iykwim? the colour... i'd go and get them dirty i think, then they'll be fine.

SusieDerkins · 13/07/2009 14:30

Noooooooooooooooo. They look like "baby's first shoes". Ugh.

Sorry.

LucyMinter · 13/07/2009 14:31

They are 'cyan'. It goes with nothing, NOTHING I tell you.

Shoe dye is about £3 a packet and will sort them out.

TrinityRhino · 13/07/2009 14:31

I think they are lovely

if they are comfy, be daring and wear them lots

squeaver · 13/07/2009 14:31

They're comedy shoes. They should be in a cartoon.

LucyMinter · 13/07/2009 14:32

Maybe it is that and the white soles I hate so much.

LucyMinter · 13/07/2009 14:32

Comfy is very good so yy wear them a lot, but dye them first.

allaboutme · 13/07/2009 14:34

god no, they are horrendous (sorry)

ItsAllaBitNoisy · 13/07/2009 14:36

Do you happen to have a toddler with exceptionally large feet about? That could work...

LucyMinter · 13/07/2009 14:38

I had some kickers shoes from a charity shop once, bright nasty red, but perfect condition. They cost a quid, I dyed them dark red and they turned into something beautiful. Wore them for eyars

MamaG · 13/07/2009 14:40

marmite

OP posts:
LucyMinter · 13/07/2009 14:41

would work just as well, probably. But it might get sticky.

Sagacious · 13/07/2009 14:41

God they are hideous

Positively orthopedic and not in a good way.

LucyMinter · 13/07/2009 14:42

Ah see what you mean

So...do YOU like them?

bathtublady · 13/07/2009 14:42

They're not clogs, they're birkies! Dye them and all will be well - I'd go for dark brown. (Or get some scrubs to go with them and a job as a neurosurgeon)

AitchTwoOh · 13/07/2009 14:42

kickers?

Sagacious · 13/07/2009 14:43

Smear them in marmite
And wear them on the school run

You'll have dogs chasing you for miles

TrinityRhino · 13/07/2009 14:44

did you not wonder why they were on freecycle?

VietnameseCobbler · 13/07/2009 14:46

vile

NorbertDentressangle · 13/07/2009 14:49

They're very...er.....colourful aren't they?

Buy some sunglasses and they'll be fine.

TheChilliMooseIsaMalingerer · 13/07/2009 14:52

I like the style, and although I wouldn't choose that colour if I was buying them, I would wear them because they were free.

wifeofdoom · 13/07/2009 15:10

I rather like them.... am now worried have no taste....

TheChilliMooseIsaMalingerer · 13/07/2009 15:12

I know that I have no taste so I don't have that particular worry
