White skinny jeans,nice top and heels - ok outfit for baptism?

Got 50 gift voucher for next for b day and tried to get a nice frock but nothing in

saw some nice tops and as its very rare i get to buy self anything new thought a couple of new tops would be better as i could wear again

do you think it will be ok?

I think the outfit you're suggesting sounds fine - summery and pretty without being overdressed. I always struggle to find a nice frock for occasions like this and spend lots of time fretting about what to wear but when the day comes around it just doesn't seem such a big deal. I think blue jeans would be less ideal but white ones would be fine.

The look i had in mind was a pale of white skinny next jeans but tbh i have long slim legs so they are not tight more straight legged. I would not have worn them with a strappy top as that would be too clubby looking but saw a nice floral blouse with long sleeves that i thought would be good with tan high heel shoes

anyway i was so put off my the 'trashy' 'shameless' comments that i bought a summery dress in the debenhams sale teamed with a white short slevved cardigan from primark.the dress was £100 but got it for £30 so not too bad.

i dont see why you cannot wear jeans to a church thing. like jesus would give a fuck if people wore jeans- its the worshipping thats important. but what would i know- i am an atheist ;)
