They are minging.

suwoo · 06/06/2009 23:02

They are nice...but not on me, I'd look a twat. Do you think they would suit someone more 'straight up and down' than someone with a fat arse an hourglass figure.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 06/06/2009 23:05

Lots of room for my tummy in them

MrsMcCluskey · 06/06/2009 23:07

No thanks
CAnt imagine they would look good on anyone

OliviaMumsnet · 06/06/2009 23:10

How can you even consider something with the word peg leg in its title?!

Ronaldinhio · 06/06/2009 23:14

I find them harder to wear than skinnies and that, my friends, is saying something

womma · 07/06/2009 12:57

They're a bit Pepsi and Shirley for me

fishie · 07/06/2009 13:01

how does one wear them? what on feet? top half?

am wary as i am sort of parsnip shaped and they might emphasise. i did't look too bad in similar during the 80s though so perhaps there is hope.

MrsMattie · 07/06/2009 13:07

They have got a baggy fanjo area. That is a hideous crime.

I can only inagine a size 6, sunatanned supermodel looking good in them, frankly.

TrillianAstra · 07/06/2009 13:20

Not for my legs thanks.

Are there any pictures of them on a person, instead of diesmbodied legs?

cocolepew · 07/06/2009 13:23

Are they supposed to be loose at the top? I'd fill them

Have them in navy from another shop.they look great with heels or flats and are super flattering

BitOfFun · 07/06/2009 13:31

My DP would look shit in those, sorry. How does yours pull it off?

noddyholder · 07/06/2009 13:37

I like the jacket and top on the same page.have you seen them?Is the jacket cheapy?

TheMadHouse · 07/06/2009 13:40

My C section overhand would fill the top with blubber

ReginaCovington · 07/06/2009 13:42

pointydog · 07/06/2009 13:44

lol @ BOF

Not enough room for my fat legs

HarryB · 07/06/2009 14:11

I'm with you and the overhang MadHouse. Besides, to me, they look a bit DI Drake on a night off.

brimfull · 07/06/2009 14:20

hmmm I quite like that shape of trew aksherly

I unfortunately wouldn't suit them in my current lardarse state though

FabulousBakerGirl · 07/06/2009 14:21

I thought this was a thread about your DP being gorgeous.

MacaroonIncident · 12/06/2009 17:59

well they were OK ish
but i got a size too big and wasnt tempted to order another pair smaller

the greay top was shite

the sequin skirt was ok ish but went back

mrsmaidamess · 12/06/2009 18:16

I'm afraid they just look like ill fitting ordinary trousers. Peg Shmeg.

And to think you were at my possible Harem pants!

noddyholder · 12/06/2009 18:29

They are not unlike harem shape when on.it gives a similar overall look.i think they are very flattering with a v plain fitted top

ahundredtimes · 12/06/2009 18:34

Oh I'd have thought they could be flattering, yes. But they wouldn't be on me.

I want to shop tonight, am in the mood. I looked at the Kew website and couldn't see anything, so then I ended up staring at an anorak fgs.

I can't find ANYTHING.
