Also what is the sizing like and do they rub the back of your heels?

Just checked mone they are All star. They did rub the back of my heels for a week or so but fine now and it was partly because they are a five, I could have done with a five and a half really but they only seem to do them online and I didn't want to wait. Can't help with the rest as don't know what they mean either!

I go for Chuck Taylor and they are fabaroony! colours are your oyster I have just bought grey with green piping and navy or white laces from amazon and I love them. Sizing spot on and no rubbing as yet (2 months ish) go for it!

I have just got some from TKMaxx - only 20quid - dark blue All Stars. Sizing is accurate - I'm a 7 and the 7s fit well.

I've got dark blue All stars from Amazon. Can't remember price but pretty cheap. Generous sizing - got 6 and they are perfect (usually 6 and a half).

Mine are the dark blue all star too. V. comfy.

I bought double tongue once by mistake. yucky. don't do it.

They used to be available all over the place, but don't know where you get them now. .I bought my past pair in the US....

dark blue all stars here too. If your feet are wide at the front i found going up a size good.

they are for people with narrow feet. avoid if you have high arches or wide plates.

They are quite narrow. Ds1 inherited my old size 8's and can't wear them. I've got two pairs of high rise, one all black, the other a kind of grey, with black suede edges and a camo interior (were a present from the US, and are a lot nicer than they sound). I love them.

I have a tan suede ones and green laceless and pink all stars.
They don't rub the back of my heels but I have very narrow feet.

Those laceless ones look my dd's Vans.

Tan suede sound good.

I am now concerned they are going to be too narrow. I guess I really need to try them on first.

I have wide feet - and mine fit v well, honestly. They are dark brown, all star high tops. Very comfortable. Also bought from Amazon

My white ones are 20 yrs old!! And still going strong!

I didn't go up a size! They are a size 5 and v. comfortable. I usually have to buy a 6 because of wide feet situation, so they must be fairly roomy.

Don't know if same on the low rather than high tops but imagine it is.

I have pink allstars. Size 5 and fit fine. I wear trainer socks with mine.
