... would be ok to wear with a skirt in 18/20 degree heat?

I have very dodgy (stetchmarky) legs and haven't gone bare leg n about 6 years.

Have some lovely skirts that I want to wear!

Thanks in advance for any responses?

no no no fishnets good and boys like them (DH says)

Wuxiapian · 12/04/2009 21:42

That would be very much appreciated, Suwoo, if you manage to stumble upon it, of course.

Lol, morningpaper. Would/do you wear 'em through warmer weather, though?

Yeah I wear them all year unless it is TOTAL HEATWAVE in which case I MAY get my legs out but only with enormous heels on so I have some sort of leg shape

Fishnets are good for ALL weathers and I have a variety of colours

IMO if you feel more confident in fishnets then you will appear far more sexy than if you have your pins out but are feeling all exposed and yucky

and boys do like them

CMOTdibbler · 12/04/2009 21:46

My DH would like to second Morningpapers DH on the fishnet front.

I don't find they make my legs hot

itchyandscratchy · 12/04/2009 21:47

here you are - you can go completely naked if you like!

On a non-facetious note: I think fishies are ffine for any time except when boiling boiling hot on holiday or anywhere too casual. I'd defo wear them for work/shopping in the summer

mrsmaidamess · 12/04/2009 21:48

But don't you get SBS?

(Sweaty Bum Syndrome)

morningpaper · 12/04/2009 21:49

I've not met many men that don't see fishnets and ponder rubbing their cock against the fishnetted arse

IMVHO

morningpaper · 12/04/2009 21:49

sweaty bum syndrome? WHAT? Are you wearing them for long-distance cycling?

itchyandscratchy · 12/04/2009 21:50

gak @ the thought of my arse in fishnet tights - would look like strong bag of brussel sprouts

itchyandscratchy · 12/04/2009 21:50

or even string

mrsmaidamess · 12/04/2009 21:52

No, but just generally sitting, walking, in tights in the middle of summer...ack makes my creases sweaty just thinking about it. And as for men rubbing their you-know-whats against my you-never-did...

morningpaper · 12/04/2009 21:53

But fishnets don't get sweaty like nylons do

they are lovely and airy

HonkingAntelope · 12/04/2009 21:53

I never see fishnets in interesting colours, where do I need to find such a thing?

HonkingAntelope · 12/04/2009 21:54

where do I need to go to find such a thing?

OR - where do I find such a thing?

mrsmaidamess · 12/04/2009 21:54

oh yes, I see what you mean

cariboo · 12/04/2009 21:55

... are extremely tarty? yes!

cariboo · 12/04/2009 21:57

oh itchyandscratchy! psml

morningpaper · 12/04/2009 21:57

extremely tarty hoho yes nothing wrong with a bit of that my friends

Most places do a few colours, you need to keep an eye out

CMOTdibbler · 12/04/2009 21:59

My tights - loads of colours by Jonathon Aston - although I prefer Levante as they have sized tights

cariboo · 12/04/2009 21:59

string/strong bag of brussel sprouts...ow, ow, ow! my tummy hurts from laughing. Quote of the week award.

itchyandscratchy · 12/04/2009 22:03

omg the price of those spanx fishies in the link

I usually go through my fishnets with my toes after one or two wears (classy)

HonkingAntelope · 12/04/2009 22:03

Thank you

morningpaper · 12/04/2009 22:03

I buy in bulk from Asda

cariboo · 12/04/2009 22:04

ah, yes! spanx might just be able to hold those sprouts in... lol

morningpaper · 12/04/2009 22:05

seriously ladies, are your arses like stress-balls? You are worrying me
