I have. I have wellies in my car for whenever I need them. If I am out and I need to get out the car and walk through mud I will wear my wellies, whatever I else I am wearing. I will go for a walk in a skirt and wellies, why not?

We have evil nettles round here, so sandals are out. And I have a thing about shorts, so skirts (or TBH) mostly dresses it is once it gets too hot for trousers.

I should point out, in fairness, though, that I am not a good fashion role model for anyone (currently wearing fluffy slippers, dilapidated long sleeve t-shirt and overalls).
